Meaning ‘gold of the Tirol’ this Teroldego is a medium bodied plummy, forest fruity red with a supple finish. 
The Teroldego grape is native to Trentino and has been cultivated here since ancient times. It is extremely rich in polyphenols and grows perfectly in the sub Mediterranean climate of South Tyrol. The grapes, which are the source of the most characteristic Teroldego wine, ripen on the gentle slopes of the Avisio Hills around the Rotaliana Plain.
