The grapes for this organic wine come from a vineyard situated at the foot of the southern slopes of the Costières, where organic practices have been in place since 1987 and no weed killer or any chemical fertiliser has been used since 1975.
This wine is a blend of 60% Merlot & 40% Marselan (a crossing of Cabernet Sauvignon & Grenache), made without the addition of any sulphites.
Plus the packaging is all fully recyclable:
- Bottles made of recyclable glass
- Corks come from FSC protected forests
- Labels made from recycled paper
- Cases made from recycled paper
This wine is suitable for vegetarians & vegans, and has no added sulphites.
 
Bright purple in colour with soft fruit flavours of black cherries and blackberries with a dark chocolate note and supple tannins. The wine overall is astonishingly smooth and rich with a ripe bramble fruit palate. Well suited to a variety of dishes.
