We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

Courier Shipping and Staff Handling
Shipping & handling is calculated by the weight of the package and will be added automatically when you place the order.
Delivery is free for orders over £100 nationwide, and £10.99 for orders under £100.
If you are buying wine to be delivered to the Highland and Island of Scotland or Northern Ireland, we will have to contact the courier service to make sure that the automated charge is correct as there are some parts of these countries that are more expensive to deliver to than others. Please accept our apologies, but unfortunately we cannot be more specific than that without having an exhaustive list of postcodes on the site.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included in the retail selling price.
Credit Card Security Card payments are handled by dedicated Card Payment handlers, such as Paypal or Stripe. We do not handle your card details and have no access to them.
Guarantee We want to make sure that you are always happy with the wines that you've bought from us. Should you find any wines to be faulty, please contact us immediately. We will offer either a full refund or another bottle to the same value, but will discuss this with you and agree with you what course of action will be taken.
