This brand new Sparkling White Rioja is just a joy. The palate is super fresh with a very gentle bubble and subtle flavour. The wine itself feels like a Blanc de Blanc Champagne due to its smooth texture. The wine has fruity aromas with green apple, citrus and floral characters. Well balanced with a refreshing acidity and a light, fruity finish with delicate floral notes lingering on the palate.
