An ideal red for a variety of dishes, but this really shines with BBQ infused dishes. Aged in small oak barrels for 3 months, there is an intense ruby red colour with ripe red fruit aromas. On the palate, it is full-bodied and round, with a soft finish of dark chocolate and black pepper.
