Made from selected Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre grapes, this eclectic tuscan wine is fermented using native yeasts and is split between both concrete tanks and terracotta amphorae. After this, the wine spends 14months in barrel, 20% of which is new French oak. Powerful on the nose, with intense blackberry, dark chocolate and tobacco notes.
