Grown just 5 miles from our Alresford shop on the rolling green hils outside Winchester, this Pink fizz has wondeful balance. Pale salmon in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles, the wine has notes of strawberry, some blood orange, summer citrus freshness with a little creamy nougat on the nose. The freshness continues into the palate with some lightly bready notes and a little some summer fruit salad.

This wine is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonay aged for 18 in bottle to gain further complexity.
