Made from Piedmont’s native Cortese vines grown in the commune of Gavi in the south of the region. Light, pale yellow in colour, the aroma is perfumed with aromas of honeysuckle and almonds. The palate is beautifully balanced, with citrus fruit flavours and white blossom, finishing with a distinct bittersweet sensation.
