Pale yellow, with fine bubbles and a perfect mousse. Aromas of yeast and fruit compote, with a finish of ripe fruit.  Fine presence on the palate, very dry but perfectly balanced, crisp and elegant.
Each variety is picked separately, and from start to finish this is a class act.
