Using thousand year old techniques, this is one a just three Orange Wines we have found that we can recommend. As natural as winemaking gets, we have here fresh white grapes that are left to ferment and fully oxidise over many months. The resulting liquid is cider apple fresh, a weight in the mouth reminiscent of a Fino sherry with flavours that span the spectrum. Unique and not for evryone, but fascinating a delicious too.
