A  wonderful example of the zingy fresh elegnat grape variety of Albarino.
Grown at high altitude above 800m to retain and preserve the fresh and delicate nuances of the grapes. The nose gives aromas of ripe citrus, tropical fruits and hints of wildflowers. A soft textured palate balanced with its vibrant acidity, apple, lemon and melon, leaves a fruity and harmonious finish. This wine is simply perfect with white fish, shellfish and light salads.
 
This wine is fully Organic and Biodynamic AND the centre of the label has a thermosensitive section that turns blue when the wine is at the correct serving temperature!
