This Primitivo just jumps out of the glass at you. On the nose, aromas of plums, cherries and violets leap from the glass. The palate is soft and smooth with notes of rich black cherries and blackcurrant fruits combined with notes of cinnamon spice and cloves supported by lovely soft tannins. A really full on fruit driven wine with great character.
 
This is a biodynamic wine, which means the producers have followed biodynamic principles to work with environment and seasons to maximise the natural potential of the vines and grapes and create a wine that best expresses the natural character of the grapes.
