Here we have a fab example of the multi layered Italian Montepulciano grape variety left to blossom in the wonderful soils and climate of the McLaren Vale in Australia. Blackberries and blackcurrant conserve meld with floral notes of peony roses and black fruit pastilles and that is before you even taste it! The palate of this medium bodied wine sings of sweet dark berry fruits, fragrant perfume and touches of black coffee crema.
