Without that intense grassy punch of kiwi Sauvignon, the Pinot Gris grape offers a coller more elegnat fruit style. Pear drops and ripe nectarine, the palate is very supple and roudned yet persistent enough to stand up to a variety of dishes. A very compelx and enjoyable white.
