The white wines of Portugal are really starting to show their class in the last few years, driven by wines like this. Floral and so fresh on the nose, the palate is light and fruity with flavour of ripe nectarine and peach without any weight or oak character here. This wine relies on it's local indigenous grape varites to shine and boy does it shine. The antithesis of dull Chardonnay and acidic Sauvignon!
