Grown at just a few miles from our Alresford shop, this wine is our most local and recent arrival. The style here is all about delicacy. The refined small bubble, rounded citrus and melon fruits and very long flavour all come fom extended bottle ageing.
In fact at this moment in time, this is our favourite English Sparkling Wine.
This wine is a blend of 55% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Meunier, 17% Pinot Noir.
