A super refined English dry white wine made from the Bacchus grape variety. The nose has fresh aromas of hedgerows, green apples and citrus fruits. The palate is crisp with a subtle floral character and a crisp, slightly smokey mineral note. Very clean on the finish with a grapefruit acidity.
Wonderful with Scallops with pea puree, or steamed sea bass with lemongrass.
