Zolla Primitivo – Manduria produces some of the finest Primitivo in Puglia, bringing finesse to a variety that can sometimes be a little rambunctious. Generous berry fruit flavours with just a hint of leather and spice. There’s plenty of concentration here thanks to the 30 year old, bush trained vines.
